PULS ANALYSE is a very detailed capacity model created by Metze Erhvervspsykologer A/S, which measures almost every possible aspect of support and pressure that employees receive, as well as the outcome: stress reactions. The model is very elaborate and the reports do actually allow the people involved and the management to quickly spot how to improve the lives of their people.
Collaborating with Psycholate, the reporting platform provider for PULS ANALYSE, we created an interactive online version of the report, focusing on the straightforwardness of its use on tablets.
